Blogging, logging…

Hey Everyone!
First, I need to apologize for not writing in here for so long! Life has just been absolutely crazy and a total whirlwind as of late. I’m doing great in all my classes (woohoo!) but the majority of my freetime is still occupied by homework (boo!). Another boo is that the laptop I was borrowing from my mother finally conked out, haha. My family has had the thing for for over five or so years now! It was such a good little machine but it’s time to scrimp and muster up what I can to join the rest of the technologically advanced yet again.

As such, I am opening up the popular Weekend Lollipop Special as something you guys can now take part in during the week! This special shall only last until the 1st though so get on it while you can before it goes back to it’s usual slot!

Of course, if lollipops aren’t your thing, feel free to check out the other specials we have going on. ;) I have a ton still available and more to come just for the Spring! <3

And so now I must apologize yet again as I have a class to get to! I plan on updating again later tonight or tomorrow with a proper entry so try to hang tight until than! =)

Love,

Stacy.

Back to School~

Hey Everyone!
Well, break was sure fun while it lasted but now it’s time to get back to school and hit the books! I’m really not sure how I feel about starting classes again on Monday. Part of me is pretty excited - afterall, I’ve missed my friends quite a bit and I can’t wait to get back to my dorm. On the other hand, though… well, I’m sure the workload will be getting more difficult, too (so NOT looking forward to that!).

I still haven’t formally decided on a major yet but I’m sure I’ll be getting around to that… soon… *giggles* Oh, well! At least I’ve never denied being an indecisive little girl, hee!

My uncle’s cabin was awesome, by the way. I ended up inviting a few of my girlfriends up to spend one of the weekends with me. We ended up getting completely burried in snow that Saturday afternoon, too, so I was pretty darn relieved to have them there with me. We spent some time telling scary stories, making cupcakes and than ‘breaking in’ to my uncle’s hot tub. OMG, it was utterly divine. SO worth the effort and risk, hahaha! We were extra careful cleaning up, tho. I doubt really that he would have minded, anyways but… you know, just to be on the safe side. Hee!

Anyways, hope you guys are doing well and are having an awesome holiday weekend!

Love,

Stacy.

Christmas Eve :D!

Hey everyone :)
Just wanted to wish you all an awesome holiday! And to stay safe out there, too! On the way to my grandparents today we passed *three* crazy accidents. This time of year things can get really chaotic obviously and it makes me so grateful that (for the most part) we don’t really have to travel too too far to visit family.

But here’s some real fun news for you guys, I’ll be staying up pretty darn late the next few wintery nights! I’m going to be watching my Uncle’s house for him while he and my Dad goes skiing with my cousins and brother. Needless to say, I’d really appreciate the late night company, hahaha! And if you’re willing to offer, than I’m raring to reward. ;) If you mention at the beginning of your call that you’re seeking to keep Stacy company and I’ll give you five free minutes in addition to an already paid for call. Not too shabby, huh??? And as you guys already know, I absolutely adore to talk about anything at all… no taboos here! *giggles*

quick update

Hey everyone,
As many of you already know I’m currently attending school in New England. Recently, there was an ice storm that caused awful damage across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The worst seemed to hit southeastern NH (a state of emergency was declared and I believe is still in effect for some areas) but where I am was hit pretty bad, too. My town and school was without power for six days and unfortunately that meant I was offline for that entire time as well. I’m very sorry for any appointments I missed during this time, and I apologize for delayed responses to e-mails.

Errrm, but in other news….! I’ve finally fixed up my MySpace for you guys to enjoy :) Please add me! As you can see, I only have one friend at the moment and her sort of came with the account, hehehe.

Young Stacy @ MySpace click here!

And in addition to my MySpace, I’ve finally gotten around to updating my Amazon Wishlist! Everyone seems to be doing it, so why not join in? And just in time for the holiday season, too.

My Amazon.com Wish List
I really can’t remember the last time I touched it… but I’m suspecting last spring sometime? hehehe. Anyways, if you’d like to purchase something for me off my list, please use the gift card option at the top of the page, and fill in the price of the item and what you wish for me to buy. :) I’ll be adding my new address to Amazon soon but until than, please and thank-you! heehehe

Hopefully I’ll have some more cheery things to share in the next few day. :) Take care guys!

Love,

Stacy.

The holidays are a-coming….

And yet still no snow! :(

Bah! It seems everywhere else in the country has been racking up the inches already and yet we haven’t been graced with a single flake yet. I should probably be grateful… I know some people would kill to be without the winter-y goodness but I just can’t help it! I love the snow! I even love shoveling it! :P Before class too, imagine that! I just can’t help but find it be a wonderful work out. <3 AND if I shovel, I get to skip the gym ahaha~ Of course, now watch us get his with a whopping North-Easter as soon as I post this. Whatever, bring it on! :) I’m more than ready for it and I can’t wait to have some fun!

This weekend the roomie and I are planning on going ice-skating. I’m super pumped. I haven’t been skating in *two years*. Last winter I just never got around with it because I was so busy with senior year of High School. I’ve been dying to go ever since~ I have the cutest new outfit from Express that I am dying to wear. I’ve never been one for the skinny-jeans trend but roomie made me finally buy… well, as close to it as can be. And… I have to say… I look good! Like, sincerely good! I guess my string-bean body is finally good for something after all! heehee!

So tell me guys!! What’s YOUR favorite winter activity??

Absolutely exhausted…

Hey everyone!
Gracious, I am so tired right now1 I have been cooped up at the library for what seems like all weekend working on a project for sociology class. I only decided to leave about an hour ago because I had been zoning out so badly. As much as I love that class, I really loathe the work load, lol! At least, the research portion, anyways! But, regardless, I am very proud of the amount of work I got done yesterday and today. I have really been enjoying my time here - the good has so outweighed the bad and I love how teachers push me to better myself. Wow, how lame do I sound?? lol!

In other news, I made cupcakes with the roomies on Friday for… no particular reason what so ever. They came out super, super good and I wish now that we hadn’t been generous and given so many away! They were gone in an hour and I could really use a peppermint cupcake right about now. :P Ah well, I’ll be posting up some pictures of our baking experience later in the week for you all to see and laugh at. I’m really not the best cook in the world (by far), despite what others may claim (I assume to spare my feelings, hehehe) but I always have fun.

Hope you all are looking forward to Thanksgiving Weekend as much as I am!

Love,

Stacy. xoxo

party party!

Saturday I went shopping with my roommate Flora at the Gap. I was so afraid I’d spend a lot but luckily I only got sweats and a shirt that were both on sale. Last night there was a party at some club called 58. A girl from M****** came to all the rooms and invited everyone. Flora, Maxie, Maxie’s friend and I all went. We watched the TrueBlood with Megan before and then around 1 am we left. It was… well, alright. There was a $15 cover charge and I got my hand stamped :). Although, it turned pretty awkward as we saw someone’s mom there with, I assume, a crowd of other moms, all of whom were completely wasted. A little odd.

We came back to town around 2 am, and tried to find another place that had been previous reccomended to us. We headed down to the west side only to find it was no longer there, torn down last year or something. The neighborhood didn’t seem too great either. After all that we took a cab back home. Flora and I were hungry when we got home so we made Mac and Cheese at 4:30am. It was hysterical and pretty gross. :/ We ended up tossing half of it in the trash, tho, We also had some Apple Pie, which turned out way better (yay microwaves). Needless to say I didn’t get to sleep until around 5 though which sucked. Obviously I’m not really the party time so it was definitely a new experience, albeit an enjoyable one. I don’t know if I’ll be going out to party again any time soon but it’s nice to know I have people to go with if I ever so happen to develop a craving. ;)

So despite the lack of straight guys the school seems good.

I have laundry to do. This should be interesting to see how it all turns out. Wish me luck! :D

Love,

Stacy. xoxo

Halloween!!

Hey guys!
I can’t believe Halloween is already around the corner! Life has just been an absolute whirlwind for me lately. It feels like just yesterday I was beach-bumming it up and now here I am, picking out costumes for Halloween! One of the girls I tutor with is throwing a party at her parent’s vacation home so a bunch of us are going to go trick or treating and than head up north to have some fun ;). It’ll be nice to get out of the “city” for a bit and visit the countryside. The house is located near this beautiful orchard where they have haunted hay rides and apple picking. Last weekend I went to a local faire and found myself really disappointed. Everything was way overpriced (5 bucks for the Ferris Wheel??) and dirty. :( So, I have my fingers crossed that this reinvigorates my love for fall-time fun! :)

Annnnnd this the costume I shall be wearing on said day! I originally wanted to go as the little bumblebee girl from Blind Melon’s “No Rain” music video but I haven’t had the energy/time to make my own outfit. So! This will just have to do. I was a little reluctant to buy anything from Leg Avenue (one of my guy friends call their kinda of stuff “Slutoween”! lol) but this was just TOO cute to pass up! Whadya guys think? :D!

Love,

Stacy. xoxo

My new home!! :D

Hey guys!

So, as promised, I have here pictures of my new place!! I know I’m super lucky… my roommate and I were able to get singles at our school, and together we share a bathroom. We also share a living room and kitchen but that’s with about.. five other people? It’s a pretty neat set up, to say the least.

Before…:

After!:

I have a ton more pictures on my Lisa’s harddrive (my roomie). We took the pics this week with her camera after we finally finished decorating her space. I’ll probably post a few more later in the week… but hopefully these hold you guys over until than. :D And please, lemme know what you think!! I’m just hoping it isn’t too cluttered… heehee!

Love,

Stacy.

So whatever happened to me updating more??

Hey everyone!
Boy, it’s sure been a while since I’ve checked in. Life has just been absolutely insane as of late! What with moving out east, finally starting college, hitting the books … I’ve barely had time to sleep, never mind keep a social life. *giggles* It’s so surreal. Growing up I always had this… ideal vision of college - of crazy parties, super fun classes, and the weirdest people ever. But - with a month in, I’ve gotta tell you - I’m more of a goody-two shoes than ever - I think so, anyways. Hopefully once the holidays roll around I’ll be able to get out and meet people. But until than, fingers crossed my roommate doesn’t grow too sick of me! We’ve been having a lot of movie nights together recently - in between all the homework binges, that is.

I’ve finally got my side of our dorm room decorated, too! I’ll probably post some pictures up here in my blog for you all to see (and probably critique, haha!). I, personally, like it. It’s really fresh and totally different than my bedroom back home. My Daddy got me this super cute ipod stereo and speakers to use next to my bed…. only problem is, I don’t have an ipod yet! *giggles* He thought I already had one - like built into my laptop or something since I have a mac. He’s so funny sometimes, I totally love my Dad.

Yesterday while I was at the gym I realized it might be a good idea to post a rough schedule of when people can reach me these days. I really miss hearing from you guys! It’s been so boring on my end these days… I’d really love it if people would interupt my homework doing more often! *giggles* Can’t you tell?

Monday - Friday
7:30 AM EST - 12:30 PM EST
3:30 PM EST - 5:30 PM EST
8 PM EST - 12 AM EST

Saturday*
9:00 AM EST - 2:00 PM EST
8PM EST - 2:00 AM EST

Sunday
9:00 AM EST - 2:00 PM EST*
6PM EST - 12:00 AM EST

* = Subject to change? *giggles* Really depends on what my tutoring/volunteer work schedule is like that weekend. I’m currently signed up until December to help out at our town’s kid’s museum so we’ll see!!

Anyways, hopefully now I’ll be hearing from you guys a bit more regularly! Especially my favorites. ;) I totally miss you!!!

Love,

Stacy.
